Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of ProNReady Bullhead Tree Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

Services Description

We provide professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency services, land clearing, tree health maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub trimming in Bullhead, AZ and surrounding areas.

All services are subject to scheduling availability and may be affected by weather conditions or other factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine the work is unsafe or not feasible.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for most services. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection and may be subject to change if conditions differ once work begins. Final pricing will be confirmed before starting any work.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Liability and Insurance

ProNReady Bullhead Tree Services carries appropriate liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We take all necessary precautions to protect your property during service, but are not responsible for pre-existing damage, underground utilities not properly marked, or damage resulting from acts of nature.

You are responsible for ensuring all pets are secured and all vehicles or valuable items are moved from the work area before we begin service.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Property Access

By scheduling service, you grant us permission to access the areas of your property necessary to complete the work. You are responsible for informing us of any hazards, underground utilities, or special considerations before work begins.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or clearances required by local authorities before tree work begins. We can provide guidance on permit requirements, but cannot guarantee that permits will be approved.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you experience any issues with our services, please contact us within 30 days and we will work to make it right. Our warranty does not cover damage from weather, pests, disease, or other factors beyond our control.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
